  1. It’s a return to Fascism plain and simple. Once again they blame immigrants, “The Others” for their woes. Decades of neoliberalism and rule by multi-national corporations and they still play right into the game of the Capitalists and Corporatists. They cry about preserving “Western civilization” and white or European culture. As if these things were all monolithic. Truth is Western Civilization is the progress and liberation of humanity, towards individual freedom, and equality of liberty. Yet these white nationalists, supremacists, neo-Nazis all fall to tribalistic collectivism and nation- or ethno-Statism and think they’re preserving Western Civilization. Fascism is the collective of the nation-State or ethnic-State over everything else. We see it for what it is, tribalism and hatred, blaming others for the systemic problems brought on by the established order.

  2. 4th Dimension I’d argue the disparities, the subconscious knowledge that you’re being screwed, wanting a better system etc... all played a part in rise and birth of Fascism. Italy and Germany faced real economic chaos after the First World War. Millions of working class sent to die for the desires of political and capitalist leaders as it tends to be. Ultimately the ultra-Conservatives seized an opportunity to make themselves feel better by changing the order, “cleansing” nations of undesirables, and commit themselves to the State and practical “gang wars” among States.
