  3. In America that’s usually a racist insult defaulting Americans as white and calling someone immigrant for their skin or ethnic traits. It’s meant as a racist insult that you don’t belong here. Not the same thing. In America it is used as a racial based slur because it’s the most multicultural country in the developed world, and again it’s a insult of “this isn’t your country.”
