  1. Spiegelmen is being too kind. He attempts to see it from their view, but there is no good reason. Kids haven’t seen nudity, heard curses, or seen action films? That’s not the point, I think this material is more than enough for 4th-5th graders to handle. It’s just censorship. Banned books are the best books. Props to all the students banned book clubs out there. It’s just another brick in the wall.
