The solution is to find ways to broaden ownership of capital as widely as possible so that everyone has access to a second stream of income besides wage labor." Isn't that the REAL Socialism? Socialism was to forego the State and worker's collectives would democratically own the means of production and corporations/businesses. Though that appears to be a CNN article so I'm guessing like most they confuse original Socialist ideology with state ownership and command economies. Is that what happened there?
