  1. I order Huxley, but Orwell was a strew observer the the rising totalitarian movements of his time. As someone who lived among an anarchist society, he sought to make known the vigilance needed against authoritarian tendencies that arise from revolutionary movements, completely making the revolution redundant. His vision of a totalitarian dystopia remains the most striking among sci-fi literature. However Huxley perfected the dystopia, as force isn’t necessary, merely a false peace and control by private entities and shadow governments.
