  1. I think...even though I cannot comprehend the cruelty of these people...its better that they dump the animals there than throwing them in a river or bin. If somebody gets caught and word gets out or cameras set up, then far worse things could happen to these animals. What needs to change is the attitude towards animals in general. And the trade and selling animals for profit needs to be stopped altogether.
