Great points made. The issue really does lie in how tech/social media has shifted the way we invest in social interactions - from one of depth to superficiality. Non-deep social interactions existed even prior to social media, but it is quite different in person, especially when you're easily seeing this other person weekly due to some sort of responsibility/commitment. That said, having expectations for what you want out of a friend is super important, but expecting them to constantly be in contact with you (which was the point i was really trying to make), even if you occasionally see them online, just because we now can technically always be in contact with each other, might be overdoing it. What you're saying about why people turn to social media is true, but some people just scroll and scroll to destress and take time to relax (even though it's arguably not relaxing lol), aka get away from the world for a little while. And that also means temporarily not responding to friends. But if someone is putting no effort into your friendship, and it's one sided, that's obviously a problem.

First question: yeah, actually what i forgot to say is in the very last set of the push set, instead of supersetting wiht weighted dips i do dumbbell shoulder press, just for one set to get some shoulder reps in. Then, for the last set of the pull set, instead of dumbbell rows, I do TRX band face pulls which hits my rear delts. Personally, my shoulders have always been a genetic strong point so i havent had to do much direct work for them, but depending on what you're trying to hit more, you can change the supersets to look a bit different.
As for core: something else i forgot to mention is that usually at the end of that huge legs superset, I'll do hanging leg raises and some twisting crunches using the cable machine and a rope. But only for a set. I find my abs get hit enough with everything else i do.
