  1. Another CEO will be hired after she is fired. If she terminates NJ's contracts on May 10th, Ador will be able to make a contract proposal to NJ again. The girls will ultimately decide.

  4.  serendipity3484  It is not so. Artists sign contracts with labels, not Hybe. Hybe owns NJ because they own Ador, but the two parties to the contract are the artist and the label. I don't know if approval of Hybe is required for the termination of the contracts, but I believe that the approval of the board of directors, which is made up of MHJ + the deputy CEO + the general manager, is sufficient. So it is feasible for the board of directors on May 10 to terminate the contracts with the girls. She probably told the girls that this way they will be free without having to pay the penalty. However there is always the possibility of a second contract, when they manage to fire and replace MHJ.
