  1. There must be a fair outcome. The Court transcripts should show the mechanical aptitude of the brakes. The defendant did refuse a plea bargain, accepting only a traffic ticket. Pray for healing and justice for all.

Heard reports that some are paralyzed. 🌸 What is not really well known is that in most cases when someone is given a sentence + let's say for 20 years. In most cases - again depending on certain circumstances; the court may put in the order - a person can get out in half of the time -say 10 years - for good behavior. 🌸 ☮️ It is quite easy to see that comparatively this sentence is high. According to reports out there - the judge was following the law. 🌲 All the judge can do is follow the law. The judge is bound by the law. ☮️ The court transcripts will show what the bounds of the law are - what was the exact mechanical situation of the brakes, etc. The sentence the defendant was offered originally in the plea bargain was 20 years. ☮️ ☮️Hopefully the petition could create a situation with a reduced sentence that is fair to the whole situation - the facts of the case - and all involved from the repercussions. ☮️
