  1. It's like anyting else... Take what you want and leave the rest. Personally I have found something useful in every channel. and in looking at a lot of different channels you start to get an awareness of your own savviness and discernment of the credibility of the information. Very grateful for all the channels in the work they have done and getting out the information... And once someone studies the subject enough, one has more tools to discern. Thank you.🌷
