It is amazing that one can get a pension Visa in countries in South/Latin America, Europe and Asia for starting as little as a $1000 a month Social Security and not a lot of money in the bank. 🌸 🌹 And pay for a small apartment and live quite comfortably.🌹

  7. 🎉There is a way into affordable housing that people can get within a year to a year and a half. 🌸 Affordabile Housing: A person has to go to "NEW construction or NEW projects on the property management website or government website of the location of their choice.🎉 Know someone who did it twice. New projects will start a new Wait list. 🌿And that is how you get towards the top and avoid a three to five year wait time. This is not talking about a Section 8 voucher. This is talking about buildings - HUD. Where the tenant pays a third of their income as rent. There is an income limit and there are different types of programs with different income limits.🎉 There are now a lot of property management companies that have. What's called Resident services. Again his is independent senior living. 🎉 They put on parties, potlucks, bingo, etc. for them. They help with resources etc. 🌿 People have complained that HUD Buildings can have some questionable characters. Normally a senior complex does not have drug dealers or nefarious types of people. Senior buildings are much quieter and safe that I have seen.🎉 🪻 This is an ideal situation for some people. Some people want to travel, And it's hard to maintain an apartment and travel for some.🪻

  9. This is where reality is morphed - that house or apartment that was shown in terrible conditions with a Section 8 voucher is just about impossible to happen. 🎉 So it is an anomaly. A Section 8 apartment requires an inspection by the Housing Authority, which is very very thorough and they have inspections once a year.🎉 🪷 As far as the income required, there are also different types of programs. So a 30% of the median income is one type of program. 50 percent is another program - it's actually very complicated.🍀
