  2. This is where reality is morphed - that house or apartment that was shown in terrible conditions with a Section 8 voucher is just about impossible to happen. 🎉 So it is an anomaly. A Section 8 apartment requires an inspection by the Housing Authority, which is very very thorough and they have inspections once a year.🎉 🪷 As far as the income required, there are also different types of programs. So a 30% of the median income is one type of program. 50 percent is another program - it's actually very complicated.🍀
