  1. True. There are some alternatives. There are... as everyone knows ...apartment communities that are what is called Tax Credit properties... Where the rent is much lower. Also HUD properties... which bases your rent on a third of your paycheck. This is the time to get on a Wait-list if one is not on one... Some Wait Lists are closed... And some are many years. One would be surprised on actually how nice some of the complexes are.🌷 Also... There is a way to get into an apartment faster. If you go to the companies' that develop and build either Tax Credit or HUD properties... Depending on which kind you want... You go to new projects. Under new projects they are starting the Wait List. If they have not started the Wait List... Under new projects... then you call the company and find out when they are starting their Wait-List.   2. Wonderful wonderful gal and have seen her on Bob Wells' videos also. Many many blessings to her and she probably has a lot of Angels surrounding her. Just going over expenses.. what about insurance for the vehicle? What about cell phone expenses?🌸🌸🌸
