  2. 👍As stated by one of the head auditors working with the State of Hawaii for affordable housing projects - Stephen said - affordable housing TAX CREDIT properties is the only program that does not punish a person for bettering themselves. 🪻🌸🪻 To get around long WAIT LISTS go to NEW CONSTRUCTION at property management or city government websites. 💐 There a person can be part of the first group to get on a Wait List if it is not a lottery system property.🌿🌄
