☘️The apartments you are talking about are affordable housing apartments. 💐 There is a legal way to get on the top of the Wait List. 🌿 CONTACT one's local CITY government website. NOT the housing authorty in the county or CITY one is in. Then in the city website - contact the housing department - again NOT the housing authority. They will have knowledge of all of the permits and new construction going up. Find out the property management companies that are managing these new projects. 🌻 Stay in touch with them - Finding out when they will open up their Wait List. This is a way to get on the top of the Wait list. I have done it. Did it in a very expensive county in California. 🌿 Got into a brand new apartment for a very reasonable rent within six months.

There's ways to navigate the system legally.☘️ 🌸 Another example is that probably a lot of people with a section 8 voucher do not realize that they can TRANSFER or what they call PORT it to another city or county that takes a PORT. A section eight voucher is a federal voucher.💐

@user-ne7zi3ym3b 💐Thank you for that reply - That was back in 2015. ☘️ At this point looking at other countries. Anyone with a pension or social security check can retire in other countries for as little as a $1000 a month - and not a required amount of money in the bank for most.🌹 🪷We have to think outside the box. And at this point it's probably outside of the USA.🪷
