  4. @neilreynolds3858  No, nations don't always do what other nations do. Is the US or any other western country still in empire mode trying to gobble up other nations by force? No. Did the US keep France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, etc. after WW2 and make them new parts of the United States? Nope. Did the USSR keep those newly 'liberated' countries as their new subjects? Yes they sure did. And they occupied those countries by force for almost 50 years. So, no. You are emphatically wrong. Countries don't 'always do what other countries do and claim moral superiority'.

Did the USSR keep all of eastern Europe under their rule after WW2? Yep, they sure did, all the way to Berlin. You are absolutely, emphatically wrong. And I think you know better.
