  3.  @mikicerise6250  i see. smart idea. sounds like a real improvement. i would be worried about them being in everyone's hands. some would be bound to meltdown, just by the sheer amount that would be out there (intentionally or accidentally). meltdowns are currently pretty rare with "normal" reactors
