@digitalcurrents you are adding a lot of assumptions about targets. they could have been shared targets for the whole department, so that things are much less upto random chance for an individual. the point is that the manager has a responsibility of being honest and telling her about bad performance

@gavinminty4974 a single contract out of how many? that doesn't immediately make this a shut case. nor does it fix the way the company went about treating her. 2 separate matters
