  2. yes it is concerning, and it's also inherent in the way artificial neural networks (the underlying technology) work. it's basically a black box

  3. that's not a fair comparison. it's better to imagine what would happen if it's inputs and outputs were connected a robot. i'm not saying it's AGI though
