  2. makes sense. i love my remote work too. even with a shorter commute, it makes a huge difference. i've found that i can mitigate weight gain by doing some exercises when i'm pacing around anyway

  8. that's a personal decision. nothing is technically stopping you from listening if you were working remotely, during the time you would commute. half an hour might not be enough to work during your current commute though (assuming that's even possible)

  11. that's unfortunate. when i'm working on a computer, the surroundings tend to just disappear, so it hardly makes a difference to me

  14. if the difference in compensation is purely based on commute times and i wanted to work in office, then i would start to commute to work when i would normally start to work, and i would commute back from work until i normally would stop working. but without all the silliness, that's an interesting thought about compensation for commuting
