  2.  @Darryldlowe  it's thin ice. i would at least give this person the benefit of the doubt for it being the black dude's idea. i would talk to them about it, and i would expect them to keep it private, and wouldn't want to make this a normal topic of our conversations. and then i would wait observe. if they have kids, then i would probably be less flexible
