@Self-Aware i'm not so sure about that. your first sentence is almost suggesting that you can have words without language. language consists of words. also your last sentence is already hinting at things like "informal language" with "system of communication". should that be "informal wording" according to you? you are more specific, but that doesn't make the opening comment wrong

@Self-Aware no. i took issue with your usage of that definition, in your last sentence

i totally agree that this guy is hostile, but you come across as self righteous

@Self-Aware that you are now saying "wording not language as a whole", is more accurate than you just saying "language" earlier (good. agreed). as you said; language is a system of communication. so not necessarily something like "German" or "English". i would say "Informal English" is such a system of communication. also, informally the word "language" is often used instead of "wording". so it's more similar to the analogy of someone speaking English and them writing the word "gift", and then wrongly assuming that they mean "poison", because they must be speaking German. but maybe we shouldn't get too bent out of shape over this. and speaking of languages; i personally like very formal languages, like programming languages and Maths. natural language is inherently inaccurate (but i guess that's a different topic)

@Self-Aware how is my previous comment the same as what you said from the start? you corrected yourself, as i said. did you stop reading after the first paragraph? does your incomplete reply mean that you forgot to expand my comment? should you really worry about my small typos, when you need to work on your reasoning skills. i've gone back and took a quick glance and fixed some of my typos

@Self-Aware typical. you need to learn that no matter how much someone comprehends, they still can't read what's in your mind. it's obvious throughout our interaction, from your first to your last reply. this is a mind projection fallacy
