Bb Dl what you mention here does not reveal that 4.1 is an average GPA, nor does it mention the average GPA of applicants, but instead those that were admitted. in fact it's starting to look like it disproves your opinion. although 4.1 is lower than 4.13, in my opinion they look pretty close, so his score looks close to the average of those admitted. i can't use google to read your mind. nice try, but i think it's time to look in the mirror

Bb Dl i did explain over and over that you did not give proper reasoning. explaining something and quoting statistics are not the same thing. quoting statistics does not mean you get to say anything you want. even when you come to a truthful conclusion, it's invalid when you don't use proper reasoning. i consider you discounting him based purely on GPA and not being able to show why as not using proper reasoning. there is a reason why you have to show your work in maths. i consider you later mentioning SAT as an attempt at "moving the goalposts". furthermore, i think that your initial knee jerk reaction shows that your bias is clouding your judgement
