  1. A working off line mode would be a must! Just listen for callsign maybe one or two other words & auto record. Using with the cloud could be a bonus if thats what you want.

  2.  @boondocktechnologies  I haven't personally played with the esp32, but I was under the impression that it would be powerful enough to at least listen for one word, the call sign. So if it's not powerful enough what about a FPGA? Too expensive?
