By helping them get educated, by helping them build their own infrastructure, by giving them the tools to make a better country. We can't just send them weapons, if all they have is weapons, they will use them to fight over what little they have, they need educated builders, engineers, chemists, farmers, bankers, doctors! But they need to be from Congo, we can't send our people, not if they do not speak their language, or understand their culture, so they can spread the knowledge.

@valorz6064 Ehm, that is because Republicans keep stopping progress in education, progress in welfare etc.
Missonaires do nothing but push religon on people, they do not educate people how to build roads, how to use machines or how to farm the land efficiently...
No, we need to start actually helping them...educate more people in african languages and cultures, then send them there and teach them! They can then with our support (With materials, machines and knowledge) build their nations to thrive.
India had the advantage of having a broad understanding in English, so they can teach themselves via the internet...and studying abroad...not many accept Africans to Universities abroad, cause most nations fear they would stay, and they do not like them cause of racism.
Yes, that is because we got lucky and where the most innovative ones, at least in terms of stealing ideas and smashing them together to make great things...we need to pass on that knowledge, and a starter "kit"...we owe them that after all the millions of people we abducted from them, all the opression trough colonization, and backing of dictators....

1) English is 25th largest language in Africa, The largest is Arabic (150m), Swahili (50m), Hausa (48m), Oromo (37m), Amharic (32m), Yoruba (28m), Igbo (27m), Fulani (25m), Malagasy (18m).
2) YEs, that is why GOVERNMENTS need to invest and help educate and build up Africa.
3) No, not if it is sent in the form of schools, infrastructure, teachers, maschines etc. and not just money.
No, just trading will lead to businesses exploiting them, they need help rebuilding and businesses need to be regulated as not to use predatory low pay to exploit them.

@valorz6064 We can afford it, even if we spent 1000 billion each year (USA, Canada, Australia, New Zeeland and all of Europe and middle east) together, we would have plenty left. And with that kind of money we could fund a lot of projects.
The money China pours in is in forms of predatory loans, it is not real investments, just more explotation, they do not hire locals.
No, we should give them aid, because they cannot become better without it, it's like not giving people who starve food, just because you think they need to learn how to grow it themselves, it is in efficient, cruel and evil.
