Why not?
1
It would be too big, too slow and cost too much. And no, it wouldn't make electricity.
1
Then they would be much more expensive, would you pay 10 times more for a fridge that lasts 100 years?
1
@bullionboys9176 It is true, it isn't cheap making expensive long lasting compressors with sturdier more expensive piping.
1
It's not gone dude...stop reading the misinformation propaganda.
1
@Thranotheoneandonly That is another issue, don't change the subject. CO2,CH4 and NO2 is warming the planet, we need to stop emitting those and start capturing them instead...we are in a race against time...
1
Or just switch to a newer system dude.
1
They use propane instead, it's cheaper, less warming to the planet and works just as well!
1
Nope, that is just a conspiracy theory, false information dude.
1
Covid.
1
That's why the send them directly to recyclers.
1
@solariswerks Huh?
1
@solariswerks Your previous statement didn't make sense at all. Try and rewrite it.
1
@solariswerks If the argument didn't relate to my comment it is hard to be able to question it. Tty and rephrase it.
1
@solariswerks The one you commented on my first comment
1
@solariswerks Go back to the beginning and read.
1
There is propane, it works just as well and is insanely cheap.
1
No, there isn't an Ice age going on, that is false info. CO2,CH4 and NO2 is warming our planet.
1
@berndbernd3464 The last Ice age ended when the Ice cover receded back into the mountains. I wouldn't be living where I live if there was miles of ice above me lol.
1
@berndbernd3464 Because it takes time to heat up the oceans, we are getting there, it where +2 celsius compared to avarage then, we are currently at 1-1.2 celsius and warming quickly.
1
@berndbernd3464 No, we are at a abnormaly gast warming period caused by humans. It took thousands of years to warm to 2 degrees...now it's taken us what? 50 years to +1 degrees...
1
@berndbernd3464 The normal temperature we would expect is around -0,3 C to +0,3 Celsius around the avarage global temperature for thousands of years.
1
@berndbernd3464 Why yes ofc, that is why these kinds of change in climate usually takes several thousand years, not 50 as we have seen now.
1
@berndbernd3464 Well, since the Solar radiation is constant, Volcanos haven't changed their activitiy, we have not observed any major changes in any other key areas besides...some upright walking bipedal mamal have started to pump up lots of hydrocarbon fluids and gasses from underground and burns them. They also extract lots of solid carbon from the ground and burns that too! Up to 40,000,000,000 tons of CO2 is therby emitted into the atmosphere which have seen an increase of the concentration of it by 50%. They also increased methan levels from by almost 400%, nitrogen oxide levels by 40%. These gasses absorb the black body radiation that earth is emitting into space, so they keep the earth from radiation away as much heat as usual. It's a pretty clear cut case of increasing amounts of greenhouse gasses.
1
@berndbernd3464 You are confusing solar radiation and solar sunspot activity.
1
@berndbernd3464 No
1
@berndbernd3464 Sun spot activity is just the movement of magnetic fields on the surface of the sun, when one spot gets cooler others heat up. It avarages out on the whole. The suns radiation have keept in within 0.1% since recorded history.
1
@berndbernd3464 That would only start a global war. The only thing we can do is putting pressure on all governments to commit to reducing emissions. We cannot fight this through war, war only creates trouble. Besides, China and India produce way less emissions per person, so the wealthier countries that emitted the most need to lead in the front of this crisis.
1
@berndbernd3464 So why would a person in China have less of a right to a high standard of living than a person in the United States? And do we look historically of emissions the Unite States have contributed about 20% to the increase of CO2, that's 4 times more than China.
1
Ofc, if it is about ideology, crimes against other humans etc. But this is about destroying the earth we live on...that is a whole other ball game...and the US have become rich by doing so. And why do you think the Chineese would wanna do it faster than the USA? They would just say that the lazy americans use 5-8 times as much as a Chineese person. We need to stop pointing fingers and make it a competition, through CO2 taxes, tarrifs and other laws. The CCP being an actoritarian asshole is an whole other issue.
