  3. Drake Hound : Most of the 3 million Hong Kong citizens being offered permanent residence, by the British, are already in Britain. A lot of people seem to misunderstand this point. But, I was just making a glib comment. Like who TF would choose to live in a communist dictatorship?

And, like I said. It was a glib, passing remark, meaning China’s going to do NOTHING about it, because there’s NOTHING they can do.
