You noticed that when Ukraine flew a fleet of drones into Putin’s neighbourhood in Moscow, none of them had warheads on them, because Ukraine doesn’t bomb civilians, right? You noticed that they don’t take criminals and send them to be shot by the enemy, or shot by their own people for retreating, en masse, so as to overwhelm the other side, right? You noticed that civilian men, women and CHILDREN don’t get blown up as they go about their business in Moscow? No Russians are fleeing floods from exploded dams or eco-terrorism, you saw that, right? Ukraine is not murdering their prisoners or executing them on Tik Tok, did you see that? The Rule Of Law and a Rules Based Society is the reason you can make remarks like yours, however prosaic, platitudinous and empty, without fear of being picked up by secret police in the night and sent to the front lines within 24 hours, or simply being blown apart with your family out of a clear blue sky, because you just happen to be lucky enough to live in a world that values the laws of war! Just think about that before you decide not to reply or get all defensive, and maybe admit that was a thoughtless, unhelpful remark?

You’re so right it hurts. Western pusillanimity is the what CREATED Putin in the first place, and NATO’s (particularly America’s) constant excuse making, under all administrations, has PROVED over and over that Putin will ALWAYS seize any excuse as an opportunity to expand his empire! What’s worse is that he’s such an abject COWARD, and he ALWAYS backs down as soon as he’s faced with any REAL threat! I’m so sick of how our leaders get Putin SO BADLY WRONG while every observer sees it! NATO should be talking first and foremost about the Zaporizhzhia Power Station! They should make clear the country ending consequences of blowing those mines in there. They SHOULD demilitarise a 30 mile zone around the entire place and send in volunteer experts to relieve the exhausted hostage staff there, under full NATO military protection and under a No Fly Zone! Mining a Nuclear Power Station is already an act of terror and threat to the entire world! The radioactive cloud has the potential to reach North America in a westerly wind! That’s a radiation cloud 64 times BIGGER than Chernobyl! Right across Europe! WHY are NATO ALLOWING THIS???

We are the ones making it worse by constantly creating the circumstances in which accidents are likely to happen, with country that has the worst record in the world for nuclear accidents; both military and power stations! In over 20 years now, Putin has ALWAYS backed down when faced with a genuine threat! Literally every single time! Yet we sit by and let his incompetent medieval troops plant mines inside the largest nuclear power station in Europe??? We have to start asking if NATO or America actually WANTS a nuclear confrontation!? They seem to be trying to guarantee it? It’s not even clear that when they blew the dam it wasn’t by accident? We do know for certain that half of the Russian soldiers in the path of the flood had not even been given orders to get TF out of the way until they’d already lost most of their equipment and left anyway! The left hand never knows what the right is doing in Russia, and we’re just sitting quietly by, waiting to see if a world altering nuclear disaster 64 times bigger than Chernobyl occurs? WTF???
