Noticeably, Russia has not. We can hear Lavrov’s bullsh*t lies and excuses at his trial, AFTER the investigation. Don’t believe the Putinganda, son. Not one single word out the Kremlin is truthful.

  6. WTF??? These people were raped, looted and murdered for BEING UKRAINIANS, doctor! That IS the legal, “definition of Genocide.” It strikes me that this woman sees her job as being to play down and minimise atrocity through the use of legalese? I half expected her to say, “Why can’t we all just get along?” Imagine the despair any Ukrainian must feel at hearing her words? The only justice any Ukrainian can hope for is that which they make for themselves, it seems? Down the barrel of a gun. I hope they fight all the way to Moscow!

  9. The BBC should stop blurring images and down-playing these atrocities. Especially after they’ve issued a warning anyway. They need to stop putting Russia’s denials into the headlines, because Russia’s point of view is NOT the story here. They need to stop acting like it’s their job to calm us all down and tell us how to digest the cowardice of these Neo-Soviet terrorists. They need to just report the facts and stop handwringing about how to, “manage,” public reaction. And we need to invade Russia.
