  1. She was completely in the wrong. She escalated that, out of sheer pride and immaturity. I can’t say I blame the cop, but maybe I would have added to her citations when she agreed to sign? But, hindsight is always 20/20. It’s not like the cop was rude, impolite or difficult in any way? What people don’t seem to get is that signing the ticket is NOT an admission of guilt. It merely evidences that it happened. You don’t debate it with the cop, you debate it in court. If you lose, you leave the court with a better understanding of why that was. If you win, that makes cops more careful. Once she fled the police, of course she deserved to go to jail. 🤷‍♂️
