  1. America has lost the plot. Who the hell is the intellectually stunted, “judge,” in this case? HE CANNOT PROVE HIS OWN INNOCENCE BASED ON THAT DNA EVIDENCE! The DNA evidence did not NEED to, “establish Williams’ innocence,” according to American law and that judge has made a crucial intellectual and legal error. The DNA revealed was that of two of the investigating officers of the COURT CASE! This PROVES that it had been either tampered with or mishandled! Yes, it failed to prove he was innocent. But, I CAN’T, “PROVE,” MY INNOCENCE OF THAT CRIME EITHER! The evidence is meant to PROVE your, “GUILT,” BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT! Can YOU??? Once we start having to prove our, “innocence,” in capital cases, we’re ALL headed for the chamber! This is just sickening.
