  1. Have you ever read an Agatha Christie mystery? I’ll save you the trouble. They’re uniformly terrible books, with implausible plots, foolish characters and ridiculous detectives. Murder as a parlour game, rather than an upsetting brutal act that shatters lives and changes the murderer forever. No one dresses like Hercule Poirot either. You didn’t get what this movie is. It’s not meant to be all that plausible. It’s internal logic was logical enough for the comedy and character acting to take place. I’m not pretending this was a good movie. But your hatred for the director makes you conveniently overlook any reasonable comparisons. Maybe you just need to calm down a bit?
