This stuff is so ill informed. They stated in their judgement that they were not assessing the merits of the case! They were simply saying that there was a case to answer in court and, if they wanted to argue that, they must do so. They also pointed out that Trump had reversed the legal status of 1000000 people twice, without amending that order, which you cannot do. Otherwise, anyone can interpret the order how they like, when they like. They also told him that, if he took out the bits that break the constitution, he would have had less trouble in the first place. These were not politically biased rulings. It's the law, stupid
