  2. Tony Leon : That comment, in isolation, does NOT tell the WHOLE story. This is just Fox, doing what it does, manipulating the FACTS. They CANNOT be trusted. I agree that Kelly did not “intend” to defend slavery, but he DID deny that this was the issue around which the war was fought, and he TRIED to make it about “loyalty to his State,” which, “meant MORE to him than loyalty to country.” That position is called TREASON ANYWAY, but it is ALSO WRONG, from a historical perspective and reveals Kelly’s ignorance AND prejudices. See the WHOLE interview, rather than allowing a biased media outlet cherry pick for you, the bits THEY want you to see, with THEIR “narrative” exposition telling you WHAT to think, instead of encouraging you to do your OWN thinking
