I do not believe that Ukraine would stoop to terrorism. Quite apart from all of the international good will and support that would squander, it’s not who they are. And as you pointed out, there are just too many red Russian flags about these bombings in Moscow. There is simply no strategic value in these targets anyway, which you also pointed out. Ukraine is trying to win a war, not wasting valuable munitions on terrorism, which is like flushing millions of dollars down the toilet to them. I could, at a push, see some overzealous Russian separatists (maybe?) doing this? Or saboteurs? But even then, if they were Ukrainian saboteurs, they would be striking targets of value, NOT innocent people. I smell too many rats on this story for it to be anything other than Putin’s idea of a recruitment drive.

@mikehunt6218 : You can’t trust anything the Russians do or say. They double bluff as often as they bluff. I can think of ten, knee jerk, reasons why this was not a Ukrainian attack on Moscow. But the first one would be that Ukrainians are NOT the TERRORISTS here. And they just have too much to lose by sinking to Russian levels of depravity, in terms of international support, public support, financial support and the moral high ground which they have preserved unchallenged since the start of the invasion. Do you honestly think they would risk all of that, for the sake of murdering a few kids and helping Putin to recruit volunteers? What for? They could make the point that Moscow is vulnerable without targeting civilians. And I would like a reference to your assertion that Vlad Vexler made such a statement, if you have it?
