  1. Thank you, Jake. If Ukraine started targeting Russia’s power grids, now that sanctions are causing noticeable hardships in Russia, there would be a tipping point reached, I believe. The Russian people would FINALLY get off their morally absent asses and say enough is enough. The authorities would not be able to handle the disorder at home whilst still trying to manage a terrorist war, even if their police are better paid and equipped than their armed forces by a 10 to 1 margin. I don’t advocate this fully, but the moral difference between what we call terrorism now and what we called legitimate warfare in WWII, bombing entire cities into oblivion as a reply to the Nazis for The Blitz, is stark. As Russia tries ever more frantically to push Ukraine and the free west over their line of resolve, they merely show how afraid they are of total collapse. Beneath their hardened shell is a an empty space. Punch through their front lines and there would be no resistance. Half of the cowardly cops would quit on the spot and flee. The remainder might well be better equipped than their own armed forces but they will be no match for Ukraine’s hardened battle veterans.
