  2. The only steel behind such a threat of deportation would be that which you could apply to collaborators. Any who helped with their, “referendum,” accepted positions of authority, policing, administration of the occupying regime, etc? There’s probably a list of key collaborators already wanted in Kyiv? Those guys would have a lot to fear, but how would the mechanism work? Any pilot who flew the deportees would be detained, surely? Or drivers, etc? Unless it was done by arrangement? But, even then, Russia would be feeding The Hague with show trial defendants, so it’s probably just a bunch of baloney.
