  3.  @ACME_Kinetics  : Interestingly, Jake remains, “A-political.” He will not hesitate to give props to Lindsay Graham for saying he wears his, “arrest warrant,” issued by Putin, as a, “badge of honor.” And he thanks any Republican who lends their speech or support to the Ukrainian cause (which is everybody’s cause, if you love your own freedom and democracy). This is the catch that comes with being objective and civically responsible. It makes you seem, “partisan,” to those who disagree with objective truth. We’ve seen this phenomena take a grip on American discourse, since before 2016. Trump says something objectively false, yet so egregious that it needs to be fact checked for the sake of public interest, so the news stations not only state the fact that trump’s claims are false, but explain the facts, so there can be no objective misunderstanding. Then trump gets personally hurt by being shown to be wrong and attacks the news stations. They are forced to defend themselves with the facts, sometimes in court and, before you know it, everyone says that CNN is a, “liberal,” news station, working for the Democrats, when they’re just trying to do their jobs objectively. In that same way, Jake is finding that objective truth puts him in unavoidable conflict with those who support the liars, be they partisan deliberately or not. But the, “trick,” has worked. The enemies of truth don’t care that they look like idiots to a rational human being. They got what they wanted. They got all the people who tell the truth to be, “identified,” with, “the liberals.” In that way, there can be no objective truth, only, “opinion.” If you stand for truth and objectivity, you can be dismissed as just another, “Obama loving, liberal, bleeding heart, Clinton conspirator, baby eating, lefty.” So, by choosing words carelessly we risk falling into the trap of playing their game; a game that cannot be won, because it’s already rigged. You have to assume the lie to argue your case. Jake is not now, and has never been, partisan. He’s simply telling it like it is. And it is in our best interests to think of him that way. The art of NEVER losing the game? DON’T PLAY. Slava Ukraine, my friend. Happy new year to you. ✌️
