  1. Surely dedicating a DEA agent to such a job (looking for property to forfeit exclusively) is unconstitutional? Shouldn’t there be an inquiry into that? The job description wouldn’t say anything about doing such, “work,” or how it benefits the community? Let alone how it’s meant to protect American citizens in the, “war on drugs,” which is literally what the DEA is for? Even if the money they get all goes toward crime fighting, in their departments, it’s an obvious scam, and beyond unethical?
