I find these people just too repellant to watch, and was unable to bare with you by seeing out that clip. Not personally, I must add. Like you, I would seize any opportunity to discourse with Mogg or Farage to politely but firmly challenge their professed views. But, to see, “serving,” politicians actively working to undermine the highest standards of our political discourse is disturbing to me. It’s the sort of thing that costs me sleep at nights, and I say that without exaggeration.

The two clips that Mogg is known for are of him announcing, “news,” as a, “scoop,” on each occasion. He was literally reading the news (with spin) regarding the E Jean Carroll case, and then many people have seen the clip of the police telling him to leave his hut, from which he was broadcasting whilst they were carrying out a controlled explosion. Surely this is a breach of the rules? I may well write to Offcom myself?
