  2. There certainly is an incursion through Russia’s border, though its purpose is unclear, as is the identity of the personnel who are taking part. It began with news that the Russian Brigade were up to their old tricks, but now we’re getting confirmation (it seems?) that increasing numbers of Ukrainian troops are moving through these lines. Many experts (pro-Ukrainian) are bemused as to its strategic aims? Russia’s diplomatic response is truly risible in its hypocrisy.
