  1. Richie Sunack was already getting his excuses in, blaming Labour for this, before it happened, so he must have had some forewarning? Of course, the logical amongst us know that the Tories have such a large majority in the Second House that it is impossible to blame Labour Lords for this, much as Kier Starmer would love to take credit for blocking such an unpopular bill. As you said in a previous video, Sunack needs to stick to what he knows: finance. And he needs to stop trying to be a, “politician,” because he’s so bad at it, it’s literally painful to watch him try! His interviews are always, without fail, cringeworthy, because he doesn’t know how to communicate with, “Normals.” Outside of Westminster NO ONE gives a DAMN about, “the boats,” much less wants to, “stop,” them. They care about their bills, the cost of food and fuel, their job and pension security and the broader thinking ones care about the country’s reputation in the world.

  2.  @george-wg6ug  : And tell me what difference it makes if a load of people were dropped on your village by air, sea or land? Why does their mode of transport even signify? What’s next? “Stop the yellow T shirts”? “Stop people with a Q in their name”? It’s utterly arbitrary. Especially since France offered to process all migrants and asylum seekers in Calais, which WOULD have, “stopped the boats,” btw. But our government refused, because they really just don’t want to process legitimate claims. And, PLEASE, for the love of Mike, at least TRY to understand that the issue of where asylum seekers and migrants are placed is utterly separate from whether their claims are legitimate or not. These people are the most vulnerable human beings on Earth, being exploited at every point before they get here and then being exploited even more ruthlessly when they arrive. And that’s just NOT British.
