@raylopez99 : I can’t speak for this guy, but General McCaffrey, now a regular on MSNBC, said on the second day of the war, “Forget Kyiv. Putin had already lost the war for Ukraine. The question is whether Ukraine can take back the ground it lost in 2014? Can Putin hold onto Donbas and Crimea?” I was stunned by that commentary and concluded that he must be going senile or he must be keeping up with his military intelligence buddies and know something we don’t? It turned out to be the latter. It’s the generals that we really should be listening to right now.

Actually, what we’re seeing is what we always see from senior military news contributors of actual battle experience: They are always better read and far more humane than people expect them to be; they are always far less hawkish than anyone expects; and when they call for increased fire power and overwhelming force, presidents sit up and listen. So far, to a man, every general I’ve seen has called for far more hardware to be handed over to finish the Russians off, which is HIGHLY UNUSUAL. And they’re all absolutely right. ✊🇺🇦

Take a moment everyone? To consider this fact: Russia has never known democracy in its entire 1000 year history! Let that sink in. Now, the next time a Putin Poodle lies at you, remember: she is probably being paid to say words she doesn’t even know HOW to evaluate. Z is for Zombie. And Putin’s trolls are just brainwashed, ignorant zombies, living in fear, with no idea what it’s like to have the luxury of freedom that we take for granted. Do not pity them. Pity what they could have been. But as with a real zombie, human emotion is wasted. A headshot is the kindest thing. Just sayin’ . . . ✌️✊🇺🇦

It looks obvious to me? They didn’t prepare for a fight and they didn’t bring supplies or ammo for one. They genuinely expected little to no resistance. They didn’t even have enough fuel to reach their goals. A whole nation geared toward total war, and Putin didn’t even know it! And people perpetuate the myth that Putin is, “smart.” It’s not just being in a bubble that causes such idiotic blunders.
