  1. Most of these deceptive practices have never been challenged in court! These companies could never get away with this sh*t in court! At the very LEAST they should be FORCED to be honest in their advertising. These games are $70 RENTALS. You do NOT, “own,” your own games! It shouldn’t be legal, Mutahar, you’re right. But there are already laws out there to protect us from what the games industry routinely gets away with. It’s just that no one challenges them!
