  1. Try getting fast broadband on a Native American Reservation and you will get it. Plus America has racial groups clustered together as a result of political manipulations, in order to gerrymander all the easier. Shut out any semi-rural or rural community and it will be an ethnically homogeneous population. It’s a big deal in the States.
