Comments by "Ash Roskell" (@ashroskell) on "The GTA 6 Hacker Gets a Life Sentence..." video.
You really should have put a, “. . . not,” at the end of your title, or a clearer headline. In the first few seconds I was as shocked by the statement that this was NOT a life sentence as I was by the headline.

@MlnscBoo : The lesson being, never f*ck with the rich guy’s wallets.

@MlnscBoo : Having said that, this kid will probably get some treatment that will result in him being set free. He should be smart enough to fake being cured eventually, but if he can’t even try to do that, then he needs the help. He may well wind up doing work for government or private security services? He wouldn’t be the first hacker who wound up with his, “freedom,” restored, whilst being supervised by the government while he works. The legendary Frank Abagnale took that root (see the Spielberg movie, or the book, Catch Me If You Can) so I doubt this kid will just rot in a cell like Murphy in One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest?

@saltyaces8621 : Probably doesn’t feel much different when you’re on the receiving end of the sentence? Particularly if you’re an outspoken recidivist? Whether he gets cured or not, he obviously doesn’t believe he can or will be cured right now and says so, loudly. So, to him, it feels like a life sentence.

@SonyaBladesBooty : That’s not fair. Muta made it abundantly clear that it was not because of the game leak. He left out the violence part but, for all we know, he may well have checked that and found it not to be credible. I too think he should have made a better, less misleading headline. But your reasoning is off.
