Absolutely. But that’s why it’s on us to seize our window of opportunity and fight them as hard as we can. I don’t buy games until they’re reviewed and I know they’re working properly on all platforms, which puts me about a year or two behind the rest of you gamers, but at least I get all the extras for free. But, the real campaign we should all be fighting for is THE RIGHT TO OWN WHAT WE BUY. Or, at the very least, force these companies to stop calling them, “sales,” and call them, “rentals,” which is what they all are now.

@MrJay_White : Indeed, and I don’t doubt you could find more examples if you looked hard enough. But, so what? Because the market is the way it is, right now, the gaming community might just be able to stop these corpos in their tracks. We have to act together, or stop complaining.

@computer_janitor : Well, that’s wrong. They weren’t transitioning to always online, live services, no hard copies and zero ownership of copies 20 years ago. Sorry.
