  1. Would you be able to counter sue this guy if he wrongfully attempts a DMCA strike? Surely there are laws under categories, like, “Vexatious Complaint,” etc, designed to protect people from abusing the court system as a bullying tactic? And in this case you have him banged to rights. This tech-lead-head guy is an egregious sociopath who needs to be stopped.
