  1. Note: None of the Fascist rhetoric makes sense. Paranoid conspiracies were the way that Hitler got popular. But they’re self contradictory. “Covid is not a thing,” yet, “it’s killing people via the vector of migrants.” They complain about (CC), “Cancel Culture,” even though trump INVENTED that! From, “lock her up,” which was old before he took office, to Cancelling the Republic and the outcome of a democratic election on Jan 6th! Trump came in Cancelling GOP members for disagreeing with him, by having them Primaried, which he’s he’s STILL DOING to Liz Cheney! He demanded that Saturday Live was Cancelled for lol’ing at him. He’s currently demanding the firing of, “journalists,” at Fox! The GOP actually ARE CANCEL CULTURE. And, as ever, we know what they are, because they’re accusing others of being that thing! The word you need is not really, “Nazi.” It’s just, “Fascism.” A cult of personality, who’s founding narrative is a lie, largely based on, “victimhood.” The projection of macho, “strength,” and the use of violence (jan 6th) and intimidation as a political tool. The racism, of course. Trying to get the votes of minorities discounted, both from the elections, and now, attempting to ensure they can’t vote, prior to future elections. This is genuine fascism, just like in Franco’s Spain, Mussolini’s Italy, and Hitler’s Germany. And history is completely repeating itself; especially with the paranoid conspiracies that got the Nazis into power. Disturbing.

  3.  @thomas6069  : That’s true. Fox is not, “banned,” in Scotland. They’re just not allowed to call themselves, “news,” so they refuse to broadcast from the UK. There are no, “free speech,” issues involved. The UK has complete free speech.

But, get them talking about politics, and the shocker is when you realise they’re not joking when they talk about killing people. I don’t know if it’s a cultural thing, or not? But, the Lebanese I’ve met are all real Haters. ✌️

  6. It’s the other commonalities that matter in this case, though. Look at how they’re attempting to prevent minorities from voting in future elections? The way they tried to get the votes of minorities tossed at the last elections, over 60 times? But, more importantly, even than the self contradiction of the judge’s paranoid narrative (“Covid is not a thing,” yet, “it’s a threat, when migrants have it?”) is the more basic commonalities with Franco, Mussolini and Hitler: Their founding narrative is a lie, based on, “Victimhood,” in all four cases. They’re a Qult of personality, in all cases. They project macho power and aggression, with a selfish ideology, “Murica First.” They want to ban political opposition: “lock her up,” was a tired old theme, even before trump got in office, remember? And trump routinely puts his own party members out of a job, and has them Primaried, for merely disagreeing with him. He started out doing that 4 years ago, and he’s still doing it, to Liz Cheney, currently. They use threat, fear and violence as a tool of politics, as Jan 6th taught us, even if, “Stand down and stand by,” hadn’t already. They are literally Fascists! And, if they ever take power again, in their current form, that will be the END of the Republic, forever.
