  3. EndoKeks I would have to disagree. Part of being an alpha is to maintain the hierarchy and the perception of power. Don't forget, the alpha doesn't often pick his successor as this man made it sound. If the alpha doesn't look down on the lesses males to a certain degree he will constantly be challenged. It is a balancing act. Think of the way Obama treated the incoming Trump. The lesser males are far from worthless, it's quite the opposite. An alpha needs them for numbers and power. He needs the lesser males to want to be under him, they will have the hope of possibly becoming alpha with the large numbers one day. If you divide the numbers, you loose.
